Elemark company specializes in two areas:

1. Production of plastic components by injection moulding. The company has 12 machines for casting of parts from different thermoplastic materials and unique equipment for painting, drying and splintering of plastics. The technical base gives a possibilities to manufacture  parts with weight up to  3 kg and use the moulding tools with  the hot running in order to hold required   temperature of process.
2. Mechanical treatment of serial parts, made from plastic,non-ferrous alloys and steel.Our machinery includes  programmable lathe, semiautomatic and automatic machines for a longitudinal turning. This provides a possibility to do all types of mechanical treatment of parts with diameter up to 150 mm and length up to 300 mm, having the dimensions with precision up to  5 mkm and surface smoothness-Ra 0.5

We work in accordance with drawings or samples provided by  the customer. Modern equipment allows us to work with electronic drawings, and the policy of our company allows to handle with trial series and smaller orders.

We have long experience in the machining of various materials and molding of plastic parts for the instrument industry.  High-efficiency and precision machine tools allow to make parts of any complexity (processing of  basic details on 5 co-ordinates simultaneously is possible).  Here is processing of cylindrical, conic, shaped and face surfaces, cutting by a cutter external and a female thread, drilling .
