AS Elemark is a privet joint stock company, which was founded in 1992. Elemark is oriented on insection moulding of different thermoplastics (PVC, LDPE, HDPE, POM ETC.) details and products. Secondary production is precise milling and turning of different plastics and metals (aluminium, stainless steel, zinc, bronze alloys and titanium). So far we have mostly made household products and medical machinery parts. For the production of plastic details we have 12 different injection moulding machines, witch are capeble of makeing details up to 3 kg in weight and 1000x420mm in dimensions. In mechanical treatment are used five different CNC turning machines witch allow to process details up to 500mm in lenght and up to 170mm in diameter achieving surface smoothness of Ra 0,5 and precision near 2 microns. For milling there are used five different CNC milling machines, including 5-axis macining center.
Our products are used in enterprises in Estonia, Finland and Germany.

Just now our company is preparing for the certification audit of quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001-2008.
